How to merge PDFs
- Select the PDFs in File Explorer, right-click and choose Merge with AllofPDF, or open the app and pick Merge documents.
- Drag the files into the order you need. You can also remove files from the list before merging.
- Check the preview, including the total page count and the name of the new file.
- Save the merged PDF. The source files are left exactly as they were.

Tips for a tidy merged PDF
Rename source files with a numeric prefix such as 01, 02 and 03 so they sort correctly before you merge. After merging, open the page thumbnails to delete blank pages or rotate sideways scans, and add page numbers so the combined document is easy to reference. If the result is large, run Compress PDF with the balanced preset before emailing it.
